Communication Alarms

`COMM-001`	Critical	PLC Connection Lost	Network failure or PLC offline. Check network cable, PLC power, and IP settings.
`COMM-002`	High	QCS Connection Timeout	Scanner data not received. Verify QCS network and DIU connection.
`COMM-003`	Medium	Communication Slow	Response time exceeds threshold. Check network load and switch capacity.
`COMM-004`	High	Modbus Read Error	Register read failed. Verify slave ID and register addresses.
`COMM-005`	High	Modbus Write Error	Register write failed. Check PLC write permissions.
`COMM-006`	Medium	Reconnection Attempt	System attempting to reconnect. Monitor for success.

Actuator Alarms

Code	Severity	Message	Cause & Action
`ACT-001`	High	Valve Not Responding	Zone {N} not tracking setpoint. Check valve connection and air supply.
`ACT-002`	Medium	Position Limit Reached	Zone {N} at operating limit. May indicate profile issue or limit too restrictive.
`ACT-003`	Medium	Feedback Deviation	Zone {N} feedback differs from setpoint. Possible valve or sensor issue.
`ACT-004`	Low	Zone In Manual Mode	Zone {N} not under automatic control. Intentional or needs attention.
`ACT-005`	High	Valve Stuck	Zone {N} not moving despite commands. Perform valve flush or manual check.
`ACT-006`	Medium	Bending Limit Exceeded	Zone {N} position limited by neighbor. Normal constraint behavior.

Profile Alarms

`PROF-001`	High	Invalid Profile Data	Scanner data out of range or corrupt. Check QCS sensor calibration.
`PROF-002`	Medium	Edge Detection Failed	Cannot determine web edges. Verify profile and edge threshold settings.
`PROF-003`	Medium	Profile Stale	No new profile data received. Check scanner operation and communication.
`PROF-004`	Low	Spike Detected	Outlier removed from profile. May indicate sensor or process issue.
`PROF-005`	Medium	Profile Width Changed	Detected web width change. Verify sheet width and edge detection.

Control Alarms

`CTRL-001`	High	2-Sigma High	Profile variation exceeds threshold. Check control parameters and valve operation.
`CTRL-002`	Medium	Control Disabled	Automatic control not active. Check mode and enable conditions.
`CTRL-003`	Medium	Control Oscillating	Detected oscillation pattern. Reduce control gain.
`CTRL-004`	Low	Target Changed	Target profile or basis weight changed. Informational.
`CTRL-005`	Medium	Control Timeout	Control cycle exceeded time limit. Check system performance.

System Alarms

`SYS-001`	High	License Expiring	License expires in {N} days. Contact PowerFlow for renewal.
`SYS-002`	Critical	License Expired	License no longer valid. Control disabled until renewed.
`SYS-003`	Medium	Disk Space Low	Log storage space limited. Archive or delete old logs.
`SYS-004`	Low	Configuration Saved	System configuration saved. Informational.
`SYS-005`	Medium	Database Error	Data storage issue. Check disk and database integrity.
`SYS-006`	Low	Application Started	System startup completed. Informational.
